Our newest partner, Rachel, marks a milestone in the Fresno law community, adding a third generation attorney to our firm.

A graduate of San Joaquin Memorial High School, Rachel obtained her B.A. degree from U.C. Santa Barbara and proceeded to San Joaquin College of Law, where she excelled. Being chosen as a George A. Hopper Moot Court Competition Best Oral Advocate Finalist, she went on to represent the school at a state-wide competition.

Rachel started working at the firm when she was in high school, helping with filing. During her last two years of school, Rachel clerked at our firm, participating in depositions, settlement conferences and legal writing. This experience allowed Rachel to hit the ground running. Since joining the firm as an attorney in 2012, she has handled hundreds of appearances and settlements for the firm, while building her own caseload along the way. Rachel knew this is where she wanted to be based on the firm’s reputation and the family history it represents for her. Rachel is a member, and past Central Valley chapter Vice President, of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA), an organization of attorneys who represent those injured at work.

Rachel is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation law. She and her husband, Michael, have chosen to make Fresno their home, and to raise their family here.
